Tru Talent Partners is looking for an Sr. Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.
As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, conducting initial phone screenings and working closely with the our other Recruiter to submit candidate to our Clients.
Ultimately, you will help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. If you are enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you.
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts using sites and platforms
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them through the interview process
• Use our ATS software to keep track of open roles and candidate flow
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks through GoodHire platform
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate & client relationships during the selection process
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
