Job Description
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) you will be in direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide professional nursing services according to policies and procedures.
You will collaborate with your team, take vital information from residents, and delegate with facility staff, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents and their families.
You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity. We expect our LVNs will model a positive and professional image that represents Windsor's missions and values.
Availability:
ALL SHIFTS: DAY (7AM – 3:30PM), SWING (3PM – 11:30PM) and NIGHT (11PM –7:30AM) on a 4:2 rotation.

• Care Plan and Assessment Functions
• Staff Development
• Safety and Sanitation
• Care Plan and Assessment Functions
Required (Must have):
• California LVN license - active and unencumbered
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working in a Sub-Acute or SNF environment and patients with trachs and vents.
• Previous patient care or CNA experience preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC), preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Compassion toward residents and their familier.
