Tru Talent Partners LLC is a growing boutique staffing agency in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we are looking to hire a Business Account Managers to join our team. Our staffing strategy is focused on contract and direct hire of C-Level, VP, Directors, medical and non-medical 

specialists, information technology, manufacturing, and financial placements. The territory for this position will bring in business locally as well as nationwide. If you are very good at building relationships, help clients reach their business staffing objectives and ready to build a very 

rewarding career then you are the person we want on our winning team!


Responsibilities:

• Establish solid relationships with clients by building rapport and confidence.

• Proactively search for new clients with staffing service needs.

• Build business relationships with the objective to be the vendor of choice.

• Use our CRM and lead generation tools to document and find that client for success.

• Meet monthly sales quota and goals.

• Drive aggressive growth and profitability while ensuring client retention.

• Collaborate with the recruiters and marketing teams to ensure success.

• On-time customer service


Requirements:

• Ideal Candidate will bring at least 5 years of recent Account Management experience in a staffing or recruiting agency.

• Previous experience managing healthcare, information technology and financial accounts, 


HIGHLY DESIRED.

• Competitive by Nature – high sense of urgency to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Generate reports as required for weekly account activity while maintaining consistent and open lines of communication with management.
